A business entity which offers application services including telemedicine, tele-education, tele-trading, call centre, e-commerce, network operation, and other IT enabled services using resources provided by Authorised Telecom Service Providers is called the Other Service Provider (OSP). The OSP registration can be obtained from the Department of Telecommunications (DOT), Government of India. Any entity entitled to OSP registration must be a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013. Get your OSP license.
OSPs registration is done by the respective Telecom Enforcement, Resource and Monitoring (TERM) Cells under the Department of Telecom (DoT), having jurisdiction in the location of the OSP.
